Squat form check - 218x5
Hi coaches,
could you please have a look at my squat? I'm back to barbell training after a looong hiatus, and I want to make sure I start on a good basis. This a the third set of my second workout.

Nothing terrible here. A bit more depth would be good, take a little longer between reps to get a good, hard valsalva in.
Additionally, lifting shoes would be good - there is some wiggle under your feet. And if you can, adjust your rack safeties so you don't need to take those two extra steps to get out of the rack.

OK, so deeper and harder Valsava. Lifting shoes are in second position on my shopping list, right after a decent flat bench. And those two extra steps were for the purpose of the video, I don't take them if I don't record myself.
