    Default Quick question about squat form.

    When I am standing in the squat stance with my toes pointed out, there is a slight difference in where my heels could end up and I am curious which way is rite. One way would be with my heels sort of more under my glutes, with the other being only an inch out more to the sides. It sounds like a small difference but feels really different. Any help? not sure if I'm being clear, If not sorry I had a long day

    Which feels more comfortable? Does one help you keep your knees out at the bottom and maintain good lumbar curve?

    yeah I think the heels more out does, so I guess thats the better way. The only thing that worries me is it seems to put more pressure on my hip joint. Maybe there is a nice median.
