    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    This sort of correlates with the other poster in this section but I have a different sensation.

    So this usually happens on a deadlift. Usually if i put the reps less then 4 mins apart.

    I will get this numbness after the lift like i didnt even lift that heavy even though i struggled, the music will sorta of sound like its echoing and i have a tingling sensation close to feeling like a single burst of timid sweat. is that testosterone or adrenaline or a combination of the both.

    wow i get really close to that like i have to bend down and hold on to my knees but no passing out

    I feel like that after heavy squats sometimes, I've almost dropped a weight on my head after blacking out pressing before... Its never happened with DL's though....

    Yeh im not sure if i like or dont ..i think im just worried but it does sorta feel ...i dunno exotic. I have never felt anything like it before lifting heavy and i feel like an absolute beast afterwards but i def dont want to take the plunge on the weight rack head first lol...I havent got it during squats...i guess gotta raise the weight =]

    No that would be silly im going for the double fist pump and taking the rollercoaster to the rack hands raised.
