    Dear Starting Strength Coaches,

    below is a link to a video of me squatting 165kgx7 @ RPE9
    I am 23 years old, 5 feet 10 inches and weigh about 187 pounds.

    I would be very happy if someone could give me some critique on my form and on how I could perform better.

    You relax a little at the bottom, go too deep, send your hips back, and then flex your lower back as you ascend. Solutions:

    Look down.
    Stay tighter and cut your depth off slightly.
    Drive your hips straight up, not back.
    Keep squeezing hard around the held breath on your ascent. Don't allow your spine to flex.
