Roman Chair
Hi Coach,
This Thursday I'll be getting a Roman Chair. I'm doing the program as described in SS2 with additional chin ups and pull ups.
A
Squat
Bench
DL
Pull ups
B
Squat
Press
Power Clean
Chin ups.
I need some more work for my pathetically week core so I bought a Roman Chair. (The vendor said that it was originaly owned by Emperor Trajan but I doubt it, it look much more Constantinian to me.)
The book explains the exercises very well, but doesn't say how to add them to the program. Do I do them as warm ups or after the heavy work? Would I do both back extensions and sit ups in one session? And how many sets/reps would you suggest?

Do them after your workout, 3 sets of 10 of each.
