Been harving around about the same weight for a while trying to get my technique right..

I've been trying to focus on the 5-step deadlift tips from rippetoe.

Well here is today's session with 100kg*5

    [video]http://youtu.be/ZbduuvHXoJU[/video

Are my technique okey, or what should I work on?

#1: Bar appears too far forward at the start. Can't really see hwere you're putting the bar because your video hides your feet. Read THIS.
#2: You are doing what we call "standing up off the floor" - which means that, with the bar on the fllor you are trying to lift it off the floor by extending your hips, or "standing up." Don't do that. The initial motion off the floor is KNEE EXTENSION. Push the middle of your foot straight down into the floor.

Work on those and then post another video.

Here is a video of my setup. I'm also trying to focus on pushing with my feet, but don't know if I'm succeeding?

You aren't. Your first motion quite clearly is to lift your chest. Back angle should stay relatively constant for the first several inches off the floor.
