Comparing Squat techniques, why did i feel good doing 290 but not 295
This past Monday i went to continue with my usual training session and i bombed 295 each time. The first time i failed even one rep, the second i got 1.5. But i felt comfortable at 290 for 3x5. These past two weeks i have been sick and sleep has been an issue due to the medication i've been unable to sleep well.

I have reached 300 before, but what stopped me was just being intimidated by the weight, so i didn't hit 5. I then deloaded to 275 and worked my way back to here.

They all look pretty much the same to me.
Don't know why you failed them, but it makes sense you'd be weaker if you can't sleep and have been sick. It happens. Sometimes you just don't have it. That said, it looks like you gave up on them pretty quickly. I didn't see a grind on either of the reps you failed.
