    This is post-TUBOW. My previous post was Knees in the Squat

    I think I'm having trouble staying tight at the bottom - my knees slide a bit at the very bottom. Am I going to deep or not horizontal enough? I'm very frustrated because I can't seem to control it at work-set weights.

    Other than grip and elbows, these are pretty good.

    thanks for taking a look. I bring my grip as close as they can, but that leads to my wrists coming up. Should I widen my grip, along with keeping my elbows down?
