I cant feel my ass in any of my deadlifts or squats my ass is tiny, And i feel that that could be the reason why my lowerback rounds when i row due to a weak glutte. Below are my DL form vid and my squat vid. Maybe that helps rule out improper form.

No clue, but why are you pausing your squats in the hole?

You should deadlift while standing on only one leg, because that makes the workout harder

Feelings are bunk. Add 180# to your squat and you might have a bigger butt. Don't pause your squats. Pause squats are a good lift in their own right, but you don't need to worry about them until you've added 180# to your squat. Three wheels and you can think about it.

Yeah. Squat 315 and pull 405 then worry about pause squats / "making things harder"

And in the meantime you want to learn how to contract your glutes.....

I do these quite a bit before squats and deads. Just kinda wakes em up pre deadlift for me so that I finish with my HIPS and not my lowerback (over extending)

dont overthink things get real good at the squat bench deadlift press. do your pullups and dips and eat / get strong. THEN worry about silly stuff. But thats just a great general warmup / can do it at home if you want.
