    All were high.

    All had knee slide.

    Bar is too high on your back.

    You are using a thumbs around grip.

    I is difficult to judge the depth from this video. I coach people and record myself from different angles and it still looks diferent than when you have a person next to you who knows what to look for. My advice is to watch as many videos as you can and have a friend with you in the gym to check your depth. I have my wife telling me when to come up and it works perfectly. Change your grip to a tumbless one, there are several videos on yutube how it shoul look like. Your shoulders should make a shelf for the bar to sit on, you will fill the difference if it is too high or too low, it will be either pushing on your neck orsliding down your back. Remember to keep your wrists straight to avoid unnecessary pressure on your elbows and wrists. Next time have someone rocord you from different angles and post it here or pm me i will be happy to help.
