    Hi

    I would like to have some feedback on my sqauts. I've been working on my form for quite some time now and I'm still not happy with it. As I tend to over correct things I would appreciate some feedback from a coach.

    The weight I squated was 231 lbs. I'm 6'3 and 253 lbs.

    One set at a time. Comments on the first set.

    Descend by bending hips and knees at the same time. Lean over more, don't try to stay so upright. And drive your hips up after reaching depth (this will be much easier to do when you lean over). Depth is too hard to see for certain because of the black on black.
