Elbow sleeves

This might be the wrong forum for this, but I value many of the opinions on here.

My question has to do with full or half length elbow sleeves. I bowled at a tournament this weekend and many of the older fellows were wearing them. I talked to a couple of people and they just grabbed what they could find at Dicks Sporting Goods. I currently use a Velcro strap that wraps around my upper forearm to stay pain free and keep the tendonitis from returning. Any recommendations for brands/styles of elbow sleeves? I think something similar to my Rehband knee sleeves would be perfect (maybe a little thinner) with a moderate amount of compression and warmth should do the trick.

Rehband makes several different elbow sleeve options, which I've found to be a significant upgrade from the old McDavid sleeves I had before. You can find them on Rogue.
