Is this layout ok? I know monday has a lot of accessories in it..
Is there anyway I can put barbell row in? I would like to switch 1-2 days of chinups with just barbell rows, but I'm not sure on which day.

If you want to do a bunch of bodybuilding work I'm fine with that. But its best arranged in a 4 day split. Do the 4-day TM and build your assistance into that template
