good luck man, iv'e also had some back injures and couldn't really train for about a year. the only thing that helped me was front squats and planks, and if anything "hurt" i didn't do it

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of program did you use for in-season strength maintenance when you played rugby? Assuming saturday game, tues/thursday practice, lift M/W. I guess the lift and practice days could be switched.
