    Hi Rip, just started filming my squats so I figured I'd ask for your sage wisdom. First thing I thought was that I probably need to keep the back angle more constant and not taco myself... anyway I'll leave it with you. Thanks.

    See your knees moving back as you drive out of the bottom? If this happens, your hamstrings are not controlling your knee angle/back angle as you come up. Keep your knees in place and the weight over your mid-foot instead of letting it drift back toward the heels.

    How old is that weight set? It looks like something Saxon would have used.

    To be fair, the guy is lifting is some sort of middle eastern prison. Is the prison food OK?
