    Default Deadlift form check

    can I get a form check on my deadlift?

    it was a PR, and my arms failed on the last rep, but I'd still like to hear from people who know better what exactly I did wrong and where?

    What I noticed immediately:

    1. Do not set up so far from the bar. Review the materials for the perfect deadlift set up. You're at least 4-5 inches too far back. There should only be about an inch between your vertical shins and the bar.
    2. Your gym is well equipped with Eleiko.

    Once you fix point 1 and post another video we can determine if you are having any other issues.
