While this is my first entry, I started SSLP around Labor day.
I'm a 35 y.o. male 220 lbs (bf%-? but on the fluffy side 20-22%?)

PC- 135x3x5( All with a poor rack position, cant get high elbows without alot of pain in wrists and forearms, Switching to Snatches until I get this figured out)

bodyweight still more or less the same, not really trying to loose or gain right now.
My goals are to work up to 220-330-440-500 or something like that. So far I have missed no workouts or reps, but the squats are getting difficult. Im wondering if I should get a belt? Also the DL is going OK, but the squat workout that follows is a killer on my lower back, not in an injury way, just seems like it hasnt recovered yet.
Ill try to maintain this log as best as I can, but may have to imput weekly if I am too busy(job, kids etc..)

Today I hit my first snag in my LP. squats went fine and I hit my goal 310x5x3, but afterwards my arms were so sore I couldnt get my bench. in fact I had trouble on even the light warmups. I felt totally wasted, so I tried to rest for about 15 minutes, but it didnt help. Was supposed to do 230x5x3, ended up with 230x1x1. Then I just left, I wasnt even going to attempt deads. Here it is.

After 4 hours or so I felt Ok, and probably could go back in and finish, but I think Ill just wait til Monday and try again, not sure what the hell is wrong with me, if the squats killed me, maybe Im getting sick etc... If I feel good in the am tomorrow maybe Ill try to get in the bench and deads.
