Sacrificing everything to be strong/fit! (except the beer and wine of course)
Hey all,
I am exited to finally start a proper log here. I have decided it's time to become stronger and healthier. I gave up smoking about 2 months ago and have been doing SS for about a month now and loving every second of it so far.
As so many others I have had my flirts with the gym over the years but only did what the "personal trainer" told me to and never got anywhere and very quickly lost interest.
I am (at the moment) 100% sure that this time it's different!
I will enter my stats and progress so far tomorrow.
Great forums you have here guys and I can't wait to be part of the community.
