    Default T/C ratio

    Mark: in PPST you talked positively about the potential usefulness of the T/C ratio. I'm curious whether you know of anyone who is using this on a regular basis? I've often felt that I overtrained when I was younger, and I'm wondering whether this might help me avoid that. As an aside, I work in a clinical lab and if this is something that you think might be useful I may try to get a test set up. Thanks, John

    Note that measuring hormone values in relation to training/performance (as in the small studies done by Kudrna and others) is not the same as guiding training based on these values going forward. If you like playing with ideas and the test costs are not a factor, this could be a fun to experiment with, but will take a lot of adjustments to make useful.
