    Default ZMA and horny goat weed.

    A few guys in the gym swear by these supplements.


    They are using the ZMA actually for sleep, which they all claim are helping them sleep postworkout, as they have to train just before bed due to work hours.

    The horny goat weed, they claim keeps their libido high and for that reason, they reckon keeps their test levels at optimal levels.

    I have noticed the ZMA is pretty expensive, is it worth simply buying zinc and magnesium supplements seperatley from my health store?

    I dont use any supplements bar creatine, is there any others you reccomend that would help recover from training? My hamstrings in particular are taking a long time to recover.

    ZMA (or zinc and magnesium separate) is/are good.

    Horny goat weed increases libido in some but does nothing to testosterone levels.

    I would take bcaas, beta alanine, and betaine.

    A very cheap way to get magnesium would be to take a bath (not too hot) with epsom salt before bed. Believe me you will sleep after that.

    I like ZMA as well but it is a bit more expensive.
