They are using the ZMA actually for sleep, which they all claim are helping them sleep postworkout, as they have to train just before bed due to work hours.

I have noticed the ZMA is pretty expensive, is it worth simply buying zinc and magnesium supplements seperatley from my health store?
I dont use any supplements bar creatine, is there any others you reccomend that would help recover from training? My hamstrings in particular are taking a long time to recover.

A very cheap way to get magnesium would be to take a bath (not too hot) with epsom salt before bed. Believe me you will sleep after that.
I like ZMA as well but it is a bit more expensive.
