Deadlift form check please - 265
Dear Coaches,
I would appreciate any feedback you have. Since injuring my back at 295 and delaoding to 225, I've Been working on maintaining extension and not dropping hips too much. I am fully anticipating your utter distain for and amusement at my 5th rep so please ignore it. I let the bar track away from my legs and ended up being a complete tool in the process.

Those are good deadlifts, although you are trying to lift your butt too high to start. Just do the steps in the sticky. Stop with all of the bending of the arms and wiggling around. Your setup is good and then you lift your hips a little too far, which tends to put you on your toes, which bit you on your fifth rep. You'll note that rebending the arms and lifting the hips are not a part of the setup. Stay in the middle of your foot.
