Question about Microloading
Hi Andy -
I'm currently still doing the SS program.
I'm increasing each lift by 0.5 kg - so micro-loading every lift, squat to press.
Am I selling myself short?
E.g. the well-executed novice progression in PPST3 still has the lifter increasing his squat by 5 lbs each workout.
Also, I haven't utilised any back-off periods or even more advanced novice programming techniques because I'm still progressing at 0.5kg each workout.
Do I just continue micro-loading?

Weight increments are an individual deal. The example in PPST3 is an example not a prescription. If you are making progress then keep doing what you are doing.
