    I have a head cold at the moment and I failed my intended workset today. Dissapointing, but I wanted to get the most out of my gym time so i really tried to focus on my form and work on correcting my knee slide. Any input on how I am going would be really appreciated.

    26 female, 50kgs on the bar was supposed to be 62.5 today but my head was spinning after one rep. Historically i have issues with going too deep amd having significant knee slide that really irriates my hip flexors, also had issues with low back rounding and general lack of tightness. I have had coaching from Kyle which helped a lot cleaning up depth. I do feel like i sit down too much rather then sitting back.

    I'd say these are pretty good squats. Your stance width is different in these sets, but it definitely seems like TUBOW helps you sit back where you should be for good hip leverage. Your heels are lifting a bit without TUBOW which indicates the bar is forward of mid-foot.
