    Hey coach,
recently i fractured my wrist and the doc says that only in about 6 weeks they will take my "plaster" off (i don't know how it is called in english) my question is:
when ill go back to training is there any exercise that i shouldn't do or should avoid doing heavy weight in?

I am assuming you had some expierence with wrist fracture since its the most common one, this is why i am asking. sorry for not using capital letters, its hard to type with only one hand.

    thanks in advance.

I have had no personal experience with it. We'll ask the board.

Whenever dealing with an injury I think it's best to just ease back into things when ready, and distinguish between the kind of pain that can be trained through, or the kind you have to train around. Basically when you get back into the swing of things and notice some exercises really aggravate your wrist, avoid them for a while.

Also get yourself a good set of wrist wraps, I know when I sprained my wrist a while back they really helped me.
