Just started my father on the novice program and he is now on his way to becoming an adult male. My father is diabetic and it was causing quite a few quality of life issues. After I dragged his ass into the gym kicking a screaming he finally gave in and damn he is getting strong fast. He was looking bad before he started, and now he seems like a different person every week. Also, he is on the school board and was impressed enough to send this email to the baseball team coach.
