    Default Missing workout(Army guard)

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    Wolf, tommorow i have workout, but i am doing fence guard in the army feom 6am-10am and the gym will work only till 11am. If i am missing tommorows workout what should i do with the squats? I mean, i have the light day in the middle and tommorow i need to do 125 kg for 3x5 on squat. I will miss this so should i do in sunday(The light squat) the weight of 122.5 kg and hit 125kg again on thuesday? or just re-do 122.5 kg and then hit 125kg on thuesday?
    For press and deadlift i will redo the previous workout weights again.

    Dude, you really need to stop looking at this board as if I'm your highly paid coach who is at your beck and call to answer short notice questions for you, and who already knows all your background info. You included almost none of the info I need to answer your question, and it's a question you seem to need answered quickly. That's not what this board is. This is not the first time you've done this. Please read the sticky before posting again.

    Also: when you write "thuesday," do you mean Tuesday, or Thursday?
