HLM pulling
I am currently running a HLM program.
H day
Deads
L Day
Power Snatch
M Day
Power Cleans
My question, it is golf season for me and I golf two to three times a week. My lower back is taking a beating.
Would an adequate modification be to alternate deads and cleans on H Day and move snatches to M Day? Or would it be better to keep deads on H Day and alternate the "Power" movements on M Day?
