Two videos here. I've been having a hard time with my knees moving and what looks like my hips rocking. Frustrated b/c I've been working Rip's technique for almost a year now. In the second clip my hand position is different right now b/c of an injury to my shoulder.

dude we dont want to see 2.30 mins of you walking about!!! haha. They look a shade high and as you come out of the hole on your last rep of the last set your ass is travelling slightly backwards instead of just straight up, this brings your knees back aswell bringing you into a slighter less than optimal position but the first 4 were perfect, just fatigue. I think you may have the bar in the wrong position, looks a bit high to me but may just be the camera angle. But to be honest Mr C im being very picky here and to get this stong you must be doing something right....
