There is nothing wrong with your back. Your brain doesn't know how to make it behave correctly. Pages 40-44 in BBT3 address this problem and how to correct it.

I have a weird bend in my lower back, and unless I really really put effort into shoving my chest up and absolutely flexing the shit out of my core, even if I try to keep it relatively straight the bend is there. It's not a typical rounded lower back is it? No pain or anything, just how it usually is... google got me nowhere.
And before anyone says it, yes I will eat more.

Is it in BBT1 or BBT2? I have both, in BBT2 there's a box that talks about the posterior chain, I was wondering if that's the one you referenced, or is it something completely new?
