Pretty good. You want to lead with your chest a little on every rep. Stay with your hips. Not too much to complain about otherwise.
Just a check of my 3rd work set from a couple days ago, to make sure I'm not making any grievous errors before the weight gets really heavy. I got a little forward on a couple reps, but my relatively untrained eye doesn't see anything else.
Recommend muting the video, it's loud and obnoxious.

You don't have any spotter arms for that squat rack?
Nope. The ones rogue sells for the s series racks will fit it, but it doesn't seem safe enough that way to warrant spending the money. Working on getting the money for at least an S1 w/spotter arms, if not something more robust.
Tom, I see what you're talking about. Thanks!
You have to get good at figuring out when you are not able to do another rep. You can always dump the bar off your back, but damage to the bar or the floor is likely in the absence of horse stall mats, or other rubber flooring. That brings us back to my first sentence.
