In the video are my second, fourth, and fifth sets on volume day at 315 lbs, in that order. This is a light-ish weight for me, my previous best being a very ugly 420x3 high bar performed just over a month ago. I'm giving low bar another try after an injury sustained by poor high-bar technique. I realize the camera angles are not ideal, but I don't have much room to work with, so each set was filmed from a different angle.

I think they look pretty good, other than the off-kilter bar placement that's easily visible in the fifth set, which I think should be pretty easy to fix. I also seem to have a habit of lifting my toes on the ascent. Would appreciate your thoughts.

    Thanks.

They are pretty good, and the video is pretty good too. I see a very slight tendency to lead with your chest instead of your hips about halfway up, that would be corrected with a more downward eyegaze direction.

    Thanks, I'll work on that.
