Just wanted to say thanks
I've been using the Texas method for about 2 months and after many many years my p.r. squat has finally gone up. (385-425) I have 2 herniated discs and 2 buldging discs in my lumbar spine no doubt as a result from crap form on my squats. After reading your book I cleaned up my form and squats no longer hurt my back. Deadlifting is still a work in progress but I'm trying my best.Thanks again.
