Starr model volume guildelines?
I have PPST2 and the Starr model seems to mainly focus on intensity variation between workouts and controls or modifies volume primarily by adding complete workout days.
There is not much discussion in the book from what I can tell about what a "baseline" level of volume might be for individual workouts. I'm guessing since the focus is on intensity variation that the volume on the different heavy, medium and light days would be pretty similar, but I don't know. Or, maybe the heavy day is a little less volume.
I know there is a sample program on pages 185-187, but unless I want to copy this exactly, there doesn't seem to be much guidance on the individual workout volume. I guess I know myself well enough that I could take a stab at what I think would work for me, but had hoped some folks had some thoughts on this or found something in the book that I missed.
