Down to business... doing 5/3/1 by the book. Got through one cycle, but I'm disappointed in my squat regressing. TM took me to 320x5, but today I almost puked doing 275x5.
I'd like to add another back squat day, but I'm not sure how to implement it. This is the current template...

Main: Overhead Press
Assistance: Close Grip Bench
Tuesday
Main: Deadlift
Assistance: Front Squat
Thursday
Main: Bench Press
Assistance: Incline Bench Press
Friday
Main: Squat
Assistance: RDL
Thoughts on implementing more back squats? Or should I just leave things as they are and let the progression take care of itself?
Sounds good. One follow up... should I do the 5/3/1 template for squats twice per week or do you have a different set/rep scheme you'd recommend for Tuesday squats?
