You haven't mentioned how your training is going?
I’m getting in about 5000 calories a day, I track everything and it’s right to what the app says etc. I ask because I work on my feet all day, 10+ hours of work, equals about 12k steps a day, using a fit bit everyday for that. Just think maybe I should be getting more calories but I’m asking first what I should do.

My training is so/so. I just got a coach like yesterday so Monday we’re going to dial that in. So I guess I’ll see how that goes, but there are good days and bad days like one my press will feel great at 165 then when make my 5 pound jump it feels like dog shit
Then stop making 5 lb jumps on the press. Have you read the 3 questions?
