Avls supertotal training
Amateur strength enthusiast with aspirations to become strong one day. Started lifting 2.5 years ago at 25 hadnt lifted a bar before then, discovered weightlifting around 1 year ago and fell in love it it even more so than general strength training if such a thing was possible. I'm too old to do much but be pretty good at weightlifting so I'm training for weightlifting with a view to switching to powerlifting in 5-6 years or so when i slow down too much.
Currently following the LSUS olympic weightlifting program, this is a 5day/week 12 week macrocycle program with 3 different blocks and a peaking/taper phase. Includes lots of strength work every week, lots of chasing pbs every week and enough olympic lifting to keep me entertained, plus the ability to tweak certain things between cycles.

Deadlift: 220kg
Back Squat: 155kg (evil high bar!)
Front Squat: 127.5kg
Bench Press: 115kg
Press: 75kg
Clean(&Jerk): 112.5kg(102.5kg)
Snatch: 77.5kg - also my power snatch PB unfortunately!

Snatch Deadlift:
120x10 - (+5kg PB) - RPE 8.5 hard to tell with high rep squats and deadlifts, you can always do 1 more, until you can't

Muscle Snatch:
42.5x3x5 - moved grip out an inch or two on last set as experiment, weight started flying up, will try on regular snatches/power snatches
Kroc Row:

Fatgrips DB hold: using a lot of straps lately so figured i should start some grip training
