    Default Avls supertotal training

    Amateur strength enthusiast with aspirations to become strong one day. Started lifting 2.5 years ago at 25 hadnt lifted a bar before then, discovered weightlifting around 1 year ago and fell in love it it even more so than general strength training if such a thing was possible. I'm too old to do much but be pretty good at weightlifting so I'm training for weightlifting with a view to switching to powerlifting in 5-6 years or so when i slow down too much.

    Currently following the LSUS olympic weightlifting program, this is a 5day/week 12 week macrocycle program with 3 different blocks and a peaking/taper phase. Includes lots of strength work every week, lots of chasing pbs every week and enough olympic lifting to keep me entertained, plus the ability to tweak certain things between cycles.

    Stats: (as of jul 13) - im british so please excuse the metric
    Age: 27
    Height: 180cm
    Weight: 94kg
    Deadlift: 220kg
    Back Squat: 155kg (evil high bar!)
    Front Squat: 127.5kg
    Bench Press: 115kg
    Press: 75kg
    Clean(&Jerk): 112.5kg(102.5kg)
    Snatch: 77.5kg - also my power snatch PB unfortunately!

    65x10 (+2.5kg PB)

    HB Back Squat w/ 3 second pause:
    97.5x10 (+2.5kg PB)

    Bench Press
    85x10
    77.5x10

    Press
    55x9 - missed this due to cutting rest short on bench down sets frying my triceps in the process, ill get 57.5x10 next week if im smarter about it.

    bw: 93.75 - le chubbyness continues

    Snatch complex (hang snatch double, snatch balance double, overhead squat double):
    40
    50
    55
    62.5 - missed the second hang snatch forwards like an idiot, power snatched it and did the rest anyway

    Power Clean:
    60x3
    80x2
    90x5 - equal PB, RPE 9, should be good for 92.5kg next week, mmmmmaybe 95x5 if im actually feeling on it.

    Snatch Deadlift:
    120x10 - (+5kg PB) - RPE 8.5 hard to tell with high rep squats and deadlifts, you can always do 1 more, until you can't
    110x10
    105x10

    Muscle Snatch:
    42.5x3x5 - moved grip out an inch or two on last set as experiment, weight started flying up, will try on regular snatches/power snatches

    Kroc Row:
    45x20

    Fatgrips DB hold: using a lot of straps lately so figured i should start some grip training
    10kg for 30sec
