Training after stomach flu
After the worst weekend of my life, shitting 15 times a day, throwing up a dozen, and losing ten pounds of water weight in just 24 hours, I am still not back to eating solid food. The last of my symptoms subsided Sunday morning and I have been on a liquid diet ever since. I am very anxious to get back in the weight room and would like to hear your opinion on the best way to go about it. I will probably resume a normal diet tomorrow, but do you think it would even be worth training while on my current diet? I feel pretty good, though I am certain I lost a ton of strength over the weekend. Could you recommend a rep and intensity range that is best to work with? Any additional advise would also be greatly appreciated.

Don't train until your shit is solid again. Rule of Thumb. After that, you'll come back to your previous bodyweight quickly, and you'll be fine in a couple of weeks.
