Squat looks pretty good to me. It's hard to see whether you're using the hip drive effectively though. Back angle is obscured as well. It looks like you could stand to lean over a few more inches.

Press: It's a really strong press, all things considered. You're starting from a clean rack position though. The book teaches you to have the elbows directly under the wrists, with the forearm perpendicular to the ground. You aren't really using your hips to initiate the movement either. There's a lot of untapped potential there that can get fixed with a proper setup and execution.

Power Clean: Again... looks quite nice. You might consider a slightly wider stance and grip. You lost your balance on a few of the reps. Also, it looks like you're racking the bar in the hands a bit. A wider stance might help you get under the bar more so you can attack it with your shoulders.

    Nice work!

Push your knees out on the squat.

On the power clean, notice how you catch the bar with your elbows in one position then stand and adjust your elbows into a different position (namely higher up)? Work on catching the bar on your shoulders with your elbows in the second position (high and in a strong receiving position).

Nick, Thank you for your feedback much appreciated. For the press yes just habit of not having elbows down and under wrists, but the hip use i've seen from rips videos on the olympic style press puts some pressure on my lower back that i just don't like. It maybe its just seems very uncomfortable to me to push my hips forward as it puts pressure on my lower back. I'll record me trying to do that and see what you guys think.

For power clean i'll get a wider stance to try and help with racking the bar on shoulders and also i have to remember to push those elbows thru to help me rack the bar properly. Thanks again
