Thoughts on this HLM?

Below is a barebones HLM (if this would even qualify as HLM?) template that I have set up. I feel like I can benefit from more frequency, and this would also put me in the gym 3 days/week as opposed to 4. The downside is, that this routine seems hard. Also, due to shoulder issues, I cannot bench without surgery, which I have opted to not get. Let me know what you think.
Current approximate stats:
5'11 255
Age 28
Squat 405x5
Press: 217.5 x 3
Deadlift 415x5 (switched from sumo to conventional, building this back up slowly).
Template:
Monday: Heavy Squat, Light Dead, Medium Press, Arm assistance
Wednesday: Heavy Press, Light Squat, Medium Dead, Arm assistance
Friday: Heavy Dead, Light Press, Medium Squat, Arm assistance
Questions:
1. Do you think a template like this can work well? If so, I'm going to think of some set ranges for each instance of each lift and get back to you for your thoughts.

Yes, something like this can work. I'd probably put med deads on Monday and light deads on Weds though
