    Yup, great article as usual.

    If you put front squats into light day, could you use same percentages as heavy day squat? (percentages of 1rm for front squat of course)
    And same rep/set scheme?

    Depends on your skill with the lift. If you suck at them and are brand new to them, things might skew a bit. Lots of people don't like anything more than 3 reps on Front Squat, but over the last couple of years I regularly perform them in the 5-8 range and its fine. I of course do a "strap assisted" front squat and that takes alot of pressure off my wrists and elbows, and I'm not doing them to build power out of the bottom of the clean, I'm doing them to build my quads.
