    Default Squat Follow-up?

Hey Rip. I hope you don't mind my asking the master for some input here. We looked at my wonky squat at the June seminar where I was descending unevenly. I've messed around with some stuff and long story short, my tendency to angle my right foot out more than the left was the culprit. I'm continuing to take Steve Hill's advice with a more narrow stance, and that has helped a lot.

Narrowing my stance and concentrating on not descending to the right were the only things to work on from my evaluation, but since I've been working hard to to get everything perfect, would you mind taking a follow-up look at my squats from last night? Is there anything you would tweak?

    1) Is my stance still optimal here?
    2) Do I look symmetrical, i.e. is the leaning to the right complete gone?
    3) Is that slight movement in my knees on the reversal something I need to work on more?

    Anything else?

    Thanks so much,
    Steve

You can see as well as I can that you don't have perfect symmetry. The question is whether it's significant enough to worry about. Probably not. Stance looks fine. I don't know what knee movement you're referring to.

Thanks for looking. You've answered my question in that the asymmetry is probably not significant enough to worry about. The knee movement I was referring to is that they do move medially as I rebound. Based on your answer, it's obviously insignificant as well, but only as the weight gets heavier. This is probably around 72% of my 1RM at this time. Moving on..
