    Hi guys!

I read "Suggestions for filming form checks" before making this video, but unfortunately I didn't read "Posting to the Technique Forum" until now. Therefor my video doesn't meet all the criteria. If anyone despite this is willing to give me som feedback on my deadlift I would very much appreciate it. Otherwise feel free to ignore me and I'll be back with a better video in a couple of days.

    Here it is:

    What can I do better?

Is my technique good enough to put more weight on the bar next time?

    What you can do better
Your set up is off just a bit. The bar is too far forward when you start but not by much.

    Can you add weight
    Yes, by all means.

Cue your chest up harder, and learn how to put it down (hips back first, then knees forward after the bar is below them). Plus what Haggit said.

    Carry on.

Back should be slightly more horizontal and knees farther back.

Thanks a lot! I'll try to fix this and will be back with a new video soon.
