This is a silly question. It all depends on what your goals are and your genetic endowment for putting on lbm.

If you were 6'0" and 38 y.o. how much would you weigh?
I think. there is no ideal weight that suits each person but BMI or body mass index is one of the excellent means in calculating if an individual is overweight or not. Through my research, I found out that having a normal weight , really depends on a diet and regular exercise of a person. Definitely, a healthy weight can be based on different factors.
I am 5'11" and at 215 look like a skeleton..maybe because I am 5 years older than 38, maybe I need to eat a little more.
BMI is the biggest load of shit in existence. "The BMI calculator not suitable for pregnant women, children (below age 18) or the elderly (above age 70). It should not be used by anyone who has developed a significant amount of muscle mass through physical training, such as athletes."
Case in point Sonny Bill Williams 1.91m 108kg = BMI of 29.6 (You are classified as overweight
Your risk of obesity related diseases is high)
Google images for him, overweight he is not.
