I ordered Starting strength and I'm waiting for it to come in the mail. I am very excited to start. In the meantime what do you suggest doing in the gym, I don't want to start the routine without thoroughly reading the entire book. Happy to be part of the community!

I don't own the gym, but have a dedicated area with all racks, bars, plates, etc...to coach people at Crossfit Solace. Where are you in NY?
