For some reason I exhaled at the top on rep 1, I dunno what prompted that. I always hold until the bottom and did so the rest of the time. I thought my back felt straighter then it looks here, but the camera don't lie.

You are indeed perceptive. I was squeezing the ever living shit out of that steel bar but if I'd had to do six reps it mighta been touch and go. Fortunately sixes are an offense against the natural order of things.
It looks like you are pushing the bar around with your shins. When in doubt, reset the steps between each rep.
