Default Increase P/C on Texas Method?

    Coach,

I'm currently using the Texas Method as follows:

    Monday: Squat 4x5
    Bench/Press 4x5
    P/C 5x3

    Wed: Squat 2x5
    Press/Bench 2x5
    Goodmornings 3x8
Pullups 3x as many as possible
Dips 3x as many as possible

    Fri: Squat 1x5
    Bench/Press 1x5
    Deadlift 1x5

I'm 6'2", 230#'s and 42. Progress is steady, and my lifts are all getting close to the intermediate #'s in the back of PP with the exception of P/C's which are light by about 50 #'s. Before Starting Strength(which I did from Aug-Jan, and then went to TM) I never did P/C's, so it's not too surprising that they're lagging

I saw in another post where KSC moved the P/C's to Tuesday to accommodate a trainees schedule. Would that be a reasonable way for me to get mine caught up?

If not, I'd appreciate any suggestions.

    Thanks

Since you fucked around about adding them, you're right, it's no surprise they are behind. I'd add another clean workout to the week, and Monday/Thursday would work best in this schedule. They shouldn't affect your deadlifts too much, and if they do you can live with it while they get caught up.
