My previous, unspotted 1RM was 295 (I lift alone in a 9.5' x 11' shed). Gave up on CrossFit for a while to do Starting Strength and put on some mass. Started end of October squatting 135 and went up 10 lbs per workout all the way up to today when I did 285 for 3 sets of 5. Praise be to 70sBig, Justin, AC and the gang for providing inspiration. My question is this...what might cause me to throw my head back and look up when I'm coming out of the bottom? Obviously I'm open to hear any other comments. Thanks in advance.
