Here's my final set of squats from this past week. I thought I would ask if anyone has any thoughts on what to work on. I know that I'm descending faster that I probably should. Anything else?

Haters are welcome to comment as well. I know there are a few of you.

I was watching your heels, and it look like you're rocking forward onto your toes at the bottom. Is that a correct observation?

@Tescott: Maybe. I know I was having some trouble that set (my back was acting up a little). I notice that the first rep is worse than the consecutive ones. I'll keep this in mind.

@misspelled: The belt is on order (elitefts retrobelt). Should be here in another week.

I have nothing to add except that I lift in a rack exactly like that. Does your gym blow too?
