The last time I taped my squat the biggest criticism I received was to keep my chest up. Since then I think I may have overcorrected and may have too upright a torso. Since I'm not able to tape myself again until next month I figured I'd ask if anyone knew what would be the result of keeping your torso too upright in a low bar squat? I feel like I've lost alot of glute/hamstring activity and my quads have been getting destroyed and wondered if this could be a cause.
