    Default Form improvement?

Hey guys so i tried absorbing and applying some of the advice given to me last time, and hopefully there has been improvement (though i doubt it). I'd be really thankful if you guys could just take some time to give me some feedback on these lifts.

    Squats
    100kg x 5
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rCw-EH7qJlk

Woot!! I finally hit 2 plates!! After starting from a measly 45kg i finally put on a solid 55kg to my squats. Sorry i just had to celebrate about that.

Anyways, hopefully i had better depth in these squats, although i feel that these weren't as tight as my more recent vids. I guess i still need to find a balance between tightness and depth.

Also is my back too horizontal :P?

    Bench
    60kg x 4

Failed a rep, but its probably because i didn't eat enough. I'm not going to bitch about it because it was my fault and i'll just suck it up and eat more. It's just sometimes even damn harder to eat more than lift damn weights.

Anyways I tried getting my elbows under the bar and not flaring them as much, although i can say it didn't turn out that great. I also seemed quite unstable (shoulders not staying in same position, bar rocking forwards and backwards instead of just straight up and down)

    55kg x 5

    (filmed at different angle)

So for the last set i tried doing 55kg to get it more stable and working on applying the form advice i was given last time. I filmed it fomr a different angle but i hope you guys can still see it ok.

    Deadlift

    100kg x 1

Last set of my warmup and i was trying to get the form and setup right.

    115.5kg x 5
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quSw36TTN2M

And when it came down to my workset (115.5kg - new PR for me) my form breaks down like it always does. I tried setting up my chest right between each rep but that didn't seem to work that well. My lower back was also rounding. Although i did try to use more leg than just do a more like SLDL.

Anyways, thanks for taking the time to look over my lifts for me and i appreciate you guys giving me feedback.

Ask Santa for some WLing shoes. You'll love the difference.

I don't feel qualified to comment on anyone's bench, but I will say I think yours looked good.

Your back angle looks fine. Nice way to fight through the sticking point. Can you feel your quads struggling to take over and finish it as the posterior chain drops out of the movement in the quarter squat position? I LOVE that feeling.

Big congrats on the 2 plates. Your enthusiasm and persistence are infectious.

Dude, you work hard on every set and still push through. Real inspiring. Congrats on the two plates. Form looks good to me.

Haha thanks all for the kind comments, now it's time to set a new goal of 3 plates

and btw, Gary on the bench, which were you referring to, the 60kg one or the 55kg one? Because the 60kg i felt was a bit too unstable as i said.
